Homeage Edting Sites (I can't mind what there called)

Both these sites allow you to move around the widgets. They both have dead similar sites. Apart from bbc's website looks much better. But you can argue that igoogle is better with the community aspect.

Blogging Sites

Blogger- Blogger is a text editing site. That started in San Francisco in August 1999. They are not a Vc funded. Blogger are three friends that are funded by working for big companies. They are trying to break away from the companies they work for. Blogger gradually got bigger over the years. But when all went bust then blogger just survived. And it slowly started to get back on track. In 2002 blogger started to get over hundreds and thousands of users. Then google wanted to buy them. Which they agreed. So they are owned by google now.

Tumblr- Tumblr don't really tell you much about there history. But tumblr are a site who let you share blogs, photos, qoutes, sites and are highly regarded by the press in the world.

Photo Sharing Sites

Comparison Of Flickr And Woophy

When you open Flickr's site it greets you with more of a friendly site. On the home page it shows what the site has to offer you. You can take a tour of the site that can help you to use the site. You don't have to sign up to have a gander of other peoples photos on the side. While Woophy greets you with a map that shows where all the members of the site from the countries they come from. It doesn't have a tour option. And makes it look more complex site
which doesn't seem to user friendly unless you're experienced at using photo sharing websites. But it shows you the latest blog spot on the site, latest comment and city of the day. But Flickr has a video option as well. So it means you can do more on the site than you can on Woophy.
